I've been trying for weeks to get a picture in my header. I go to settings, click edit, upload a super cute picture, blogger says 'done', then I go to view it and...NOTHING! :(
Are you using Firefox? I've been having a similar problem recently just uploading pictures to put in posts, and if I use a different browser it works just fine. Worth trying, anyway...

Try taking out your "blog description." That might work. If not, don't hate me!! :(

Are you clicking the little "Save Changes" button afterwards?
