Dodger day...

Ryan and I got to go to a Dodger game today with his parents. It was an afternoon game and it was HOT! Luckily for us, we had some GREAT seats which included access to an air conditioned buffet restaurant with some pretty good food, pork, brisket, omelet bar, etc., as well as some of the more typical baseball food, like Dodger dogs.

On the way out to our seats (which happened to be six rows behind home plate, and YES, you could see us on TV), there was an ice cream cooler and you were able to take whatever you wanted....I had some dulce de leche Hagen Daz, a big stick, and some raspberry sherbet throughout the course of the game (HEY, it was hot!). They also had a table of chips, cracker jacks, and peanuts free for the taking. It was so cool to just be able to take whatever you want.

Another cool part about our seats was the fact that the stadium workers came around our section handing out ice cold paper towels to help us cool down. That really helped us deal with the heat.

Even though the Dodgers lost, we still had a great time...and it didn't hurt our feelings too much since we're Angel fans :) We're so glad we were able to go to the game today (THANKS Rick and Arlene!), and that some of our friends were able to see us on t.v. What a great day!

I forgot to bring my camera, but got a few shots from my cell phone:
